Introduction

Who Brand Miz is, why we exist, and the promise we make to every business we work with.

About Brand Miz

Brand Miz Pvt. Ltd. is a Business Growth Company — not a traditional agency. We help startups, MSMEs, D2C brands, B2B businesses, and enterprises build, market, automate, and scale. Rather than delivering isolated services, we operate as long-term growth partners embedded in our clients' success.

Founded in 2022 as a freelance operation and registered as a Private Limited company in May 2025, Brand Miz has grown into a 20+ member in-house team based in New Delhi, and now anchors the wider Miz Group ecosystem — spanning branding, technology, AI, education, and product trading.

Brand Story

Brand Miz began as a single freelancer solving real marketing problems for real businesses. As results compounded, so did trust — freelance work became a full brand, the brand became a company, and the company became the foundation of a growing group ecosystem. Every chapter of that story was built on the same principle: execution over promises.

Vision

To build one of India's most trusted business ecosystems by empowering businesses through Branding, Technology, AI, Education, and Product Trading.

Mission

Help businesses build, market, innovate, automate, and scale through practical, measurable, and technology-driven solutions.

Brand Promise

Clients don't buy websites, ads, SEO, or design. They buy Growth. Every deliverable Brand Miz produces is judged against one standard: does it move the client closer to measurable business growth.

Target Audience

Startups & MSMEs

Founders needing a full-stack growth partner without an in-house marketing team.

D2C & B2B Brands

Businesses scaling acquisition, performance, and brand systems together.

Enterprises & Institutions

Established organisations modernising their digital presence.

02

Brand Identity

The philosophy, tone, and emotional register behind everything Brand Miz makes.

Brand Philosophy

We don't believe in hierarchy — we believe in responsibility. Everyone can contribute ideas, everyone can solve problems, and everyone is expected to grow. This internal philosophy is the same one clients experience externally: a team that owns outcomes rather than waiting for instructions.

Brand Meaning

The name pairs Brand (identity, trust, positioning) with Miz (a short, energetic, distinctive mark) — signalling a company built to shape how other businesses are perceived and remembered, while itself staying easy to say, spell, and recall.

Tone, Voice, Emotion & Perception

Brand Tone

Confident, plain-spoken, and specific. We explain what we did and what it achieved — not what we hope will happen.

Brand Voice

A founder speaking to another founder: direct, respectful of the reader's time, allergic to jargon and filler.

Brand Emotion

Momentum and reassurance — the feeling that growth is being actively engineered, not left to chance.

Brand Perception

A capable, senior operator — polished enough for enterprise clients, practical enough for a first-time founder.

Work Philosophy

A repeatable cycle behind every project, every campaign, every deliverable:

ThinkPlanExecuteMeasureImprove
Quality Standard: Every Brand Miz deliverable must be Professional, Error-Free, Branded, Research-Based, and Client-Focused.

Usage Ratio

To keep every touchpoint feeling unmistakably "Brand Miz" rather than generically red-and-black, apply colour in this approximate ratio:

ColourShareWhere It Appears
Neutrals (white / off-white / grey)60%Backgrounds, whitespace, body text areas
Ink25%Headlines, dark sandwich sections, primary text
Miz Red / Deep Red12%CTAs, accents, rules, highlights
Sphere accents (gold / blue / green)3%Icon, ecosystem diagrams, celebratory moments only
Rule of thumb: Red is a spice, not a base. Never fill a full page or slide background in Miz Red — use it as a rule, header bar, CTA, or accent against white, off-white, or ink.
05

Typography

Georgia/Cambria for presence, Arial for clarity — a disciplined two-typeface system.

Primary Typeface — Headings

Georgia / Cambria
Used for all headlines, titles, section dividers, and pull quotes across decks, documents, and the website. The serif structure gives Brand Miz gravity and credibility. In Word/print documents use Georgia; in slide decks use Cambria where available.

Secondary Typeface — Body & UI

Arial
Used for all body copy, UI labels, buttons, captions, tables, and long-form reading content. Renders identically across Windows, Mac, web, and PDF. Approved substitute: Helvetica / system sans-serif.

Rule: Never use more than two typefaces in a single document. Never use light-weight or condensed fonts for headings.
06

Icon System

A consistent, modern icon language that pairs cleanly with our type system.

Preferred Icon Style

Brand Miz uses line icons with a rounded stroke terminal as the default across web, decks, and documents — light, modern, and technical, never cartoonish.

UI Components

How buttons, cards, forms, and data displays should look and behave.

Buttons

PRIMARY CTA

Solid red, white bold text

SECONDARY

Ink outline, transparent fill

TEXT LINK →

No border, red text, arrow suffix

Cards, Badges & Inputs

Cards

White or off-white fill, 1px light-grey border, 4–8px radius, 16–24px internal padding.

Badges / Tags

Pill-shaped, ink or red fill with white text, uppercase tracked type.

Inputs

1px grey border, 6px radius, red border on focus, 16px internal padding.

Dropdowns

Same as inputs; chevron in ink, hover state in paper background.

Tabs, Accordions, Alerts & Tables

  • Tabs — underline-style; active tab in red with 2px underline
  • Accordions — card style with chevron; expanded state gets a thin left red border
  • Alerts — left-border colour-coded box on tinted background, matching the callout boxes on this page
  • Tables — dark header row, alternating light-grey row striping, thin bottom rules

Cards & CTA Sections

Testimonial / Pricing / Stats

Off-white card, red quotation mark, italic body copy for testimonials; ink header band with red top border on the recommended pricing tier; large numeral for stats.

Service Cards & CTA Sections

Icon badge, bold title, 2–3 line description; full-width ink or paper CTA band, one button per section.

Component Rule: Every interactive element must have a visibly distinct hover and focus state — typically a shift toward red, plus a change in weight or border, never colour alone.
09

Image Guidelines

Photography and imagery that feels real, current, and client-credible.

Photography Style

Brand Miz favours natural light, candid moments, and genuine work-in-progress energy over posed corporate stock photography. Real photography (team, office, clients) is always prioritised over stock or AI-generated imagery.

Business & Office Photography

Bright, natural light; real desks, real screens, real work — not staged handshake photos.

Team Photos

Consistent framing and lighting; candid over posed where possible; approachable.

Product Images

Clean, evenly lit, neutral or brand-colour backgrounds; consistent angle across a set.

Background Images

Used sparingly behind text; always paired with an overlay for legibility.

Illustrations, 3D & Mockups

TypeGuidance
IllustrationsSimple, flat, geometric, brand palette; avoid generic startup clipart
3D GraphicsReserved for hero moments; soft shadows, brand-palette materials only
Device MockupsClean, current-generation devices; realistic screen content

Image Overlay & Colour Treatment

Overlay

Do
Apply a subtle ink gradient overlay (20–60% opacity) behind text on photography.
Don't
Apply heavy colour filters, oversaturate, or mix mismatched crops/aspect ratios.
10

Graphic Elements

The supporting shapes, dividers, and decorative marks that tie every layout together.

Patterns, Shapes & Dividers

Circles and soft, organic blob shapes (echoing the logo's sphere) are the approved decorative motif — used as background accents at low opacity, never as the primary focal element.

Section rule — 2–3px solid red

Content divider — hairline grey

Sidebar accent — vertical red bar

Gradients, Highlights & Backgrounds

Gradients are used sparingly: an ink-to-transparent gradient for photo legibility, or a subtle red-to-deep-red gradient reserved for hero CTA buttons and premium badges. Never use rainbow or multi-hue gradients as a base treatment.

ElementUsage
Dot GridLow-opacity texture behind hero sections; ink dots at 5–8% opacity
Diagonal Section BreakBetween major sections; 3–6° angle only, never steeper
Sphere Motif FragmentCropped, oversized, low-opacity logo sphere as a corner accent
Rule: Decorative graphic elements should always sit behind content, never compete with it.
11

Brand Communication

How Brand Miz sounds in writing — from a one-line CTA to a full client proposal.

Writing Style & Brand Voice

Write the way a founder briefs another founder: short sentences, concrete claims, zero filler. Every piece of Brand Miz writing should be easy to skim and impossible to misread.

Headline Style

Lead with the outcome or the number, not the process.

CTA Style

Verb-first, specific, low-friction ("Send Enquiry," "Book a Call").

Email Tone

Warm but efficient; one clear ask per email; full sign-off with contact details.

Social Media Tone

Confident and a little punchy; short lines, real numbers, minimal hashtags.

Proposal Tone

Consultative and client-specific; GST and ad spend always itemised separately.

Presentation Tone

Structured and confident; one idea per slide; numbers over adjectives.

Client Communication Principles

  • Never present invented or assumed client information as fact — flag unverified details explicitly
  • Keep language simple; avoid jargon-heavy or "AI filler" phrasing in anything client-facing
  • Every client document closes with full contact details and, where applicable, the Brand Miz GSTIN
  • Discounts in lead-nurturing sequences appear from touchpoint 7 onward — never on Day 1
12

Social Media Guidelines

Consistent, recognisable creative across every social platform.

Platform Standards

Creative Structures

Hook headline (top), supporting visual (middle), logo + CTA (bottom).

Carousel Design

Consistent frame template; first slide hooks, last slide is the CTA.

Reels Cover

Bold single headline, high-contrast background, face/product clearly visible.

Story Templates

Full-bleed 9:16, logo top-left, CTA sticker bottom third.

Banner Design

Dark ink background with logo and one-line positioning statement.

Profile Images

Icon mark only (no wordmark) for consistent small-scale legibility.

Charts, Infographics & Standards

Charts use the functional colour set (ink, red, grey, success green) — never default PowerPoint colour themes. Infographics favour numbered icon-circles and horizontal flow arrows over dense paragraphs.

Non-negotiable: Every client-facing document closes with Sumit Gupta's full contact details and the Brand Miz GSTIN. Work begins only after a signed NDA, written proposal approval, and payment confirmation are received.
15

Website Guidelines

The Brand Miz web experience, across every property in the Miz Group.

Website Style & Structure

Clean, content-first layouts with generous white space, a dark ink header/footer sandwich, and red used only for CTAs, links, and key highlights — never as a full-section background wash.

ElementGuidance
HeaderWhite or ink bg, logo left, nav centre/right, single CTA button far right
FooterInk background, white text, sitemap columns, contact block, GSTIN
CardsWhite fill, light border, 8px radius, subtle shadow on hover only
FormsSingle column, labelled fields, WhatsApp click-to-chat button always present
SectionsAlternate white / paper backgrounds to separate content blocks

Animations, Responsive Behaviour & CTAs

Subtle fade-ins on scroll, gentle hover lifts on cards, and smooth 200–300ms transitions throughout. All layouts must degrade gracefully to a single-column mobile view with the WhatsApp CTA persistently accessible. Every page carries exactly one primary CTA above the fold, repeated once more before the footer — this page follows that same rule.

16

Motion Guidelines

Small, purposeful movement that reinforces polish without slowing anyone down.

InteractionSpecification
Hover EffectsSubtle lift (2–4px) + shadow increase; colour shift toward red on links
Button Animation150–200ms ease; slight scale (0.98–1.02) on press
CardsShadow depth increases on hover; no rotation or skew
ScrollingNative smooth scroll; scroll-triggered fade/slide-up for section reveals
FadeOpacity 0→1 over 300–400ms for content entrances
Slide16–24px vertical offset paired with fade, never horizontal for entrances
Micro-interactionsIcon nudges, checkmark pops — only on genuine success states
Transition Duration150–300ms standard; never exceed 500ms
Rule: Motion should feel like polish, not performance. If an animation delays the user from completing their task, it's too slow or unnecessary. This page's own scroll reveals and hover states follow exactly these specs.

Do's & Don'ts

The fastest way to check a design before it ships.

Logo Misuse

Do
Use an approved logo file at native proportions with correct clear space.
Don't
Stretch, recolour, rotate, or add effects to the logo.

Colour

Do
Use red as an accent against white, paper, or ink, following the 60/25/12/3 ratio.
Don't
Fill a full background in red, or introduce off-palette colours.

Typography

Do
Use Georgia/Cambria for headings and Arial for body, following the set hierarchy.
Don't
Mix in a third typeface, use light/condensed heading weights, or justify text.

Spacing & Alignment

Do
Use the 4px spacing scale and left-align body content.
Don't
Crowd elements, use inconsistent gaps, or centre-align long paragraphs.

Imagery & Content

Do
Use real, researched, client-specific content and photography.
Don't
Use generic stock photography, invented client facts, or AI-filler copy.
19

Typography followed — Georgia/Cambria headings, Arial body, correct hierarchy
Proper spacing — 4px scale, no crowding, consistent margins
Correct icons — line style, consistent stroke width, approved library
